Tom Crombleholme

Tom has worked across London and Melbourne on transactions worth tens of billions of dollars, from the A$9.7bn lease of the Port of Melbourne and the ~A$300m acquisition of Sea Swift (a Gresham transaction of the year) to the €200m-plus carve-out of Babcock's European aviation businesses and the £551m launch of an infrastructure fund.

He joins Apex from KPMG London's transactions team. Before that he was a Vice President at European infrastructure investor Ancala Partners (€4bn AUM) and an investment banker at Gresham Partners and Credit Suisse.
