Tegan Davies

Tegan has twenty years' experience leading operations, program delivery and compliance across construction, manufacturing, government and professional services. She brings structure, pace and accountability to complex operating environments — coordinating teams and contractors, managing stakeholders, and keeping delivery on track when conditions are at their most difficult. That capability sits at the practical heart of business recovery work: keeping a business running while its future is worked out.

Before joining Apex Advisory, Tegan was Program Manager at Nu-Jet, where she managed end-to-end delivery of sewer relining and civil works programs across Tasmania — including maintaining client reporting and continuity of works through a voluntary administration, which allows her to bring first-hand empathy to staff and stakeholders navigating a business in insolvency. Prior to that, she led the operational, financial and compliance functions of Heritage Building Solutions, a specialist heritage construction company, and held operational, planning and HR roles with Norske Skog and Tasmania's Retirement Benefits Fund.
