Lachy Watt

Lachy is the execution behind Apex's transactions, the financial modelling, valuation, due diligence and data-room detail that gets deals closed. He works across buy-side and sell-side M&A, capital raises and CFO advisory mandates.

He came to Apex from TasNetworks, where he built the three-way models and valuations behind major infrastructure investment decisions, and from KPMG, where he delivered virtual-CFO engagements and prepared accounting advice and investment documents for businesses heading to market.
