Joshua Somers

Joshua works across strategy, M&A, treasury and performance turnaround. Before Apex, he led corporate development for a major Tasmanian energy business, refinancing roughly $300m of debt with a syndicate of domestic and international lenders, and co-developing a c.$70m greenfield biomethane facility.

He spent a decade in Hydro Tasmania's corporate finance function, including a c.$600m borrowing program, and was a Manager in Deloitte's Financial Advisory practice, delivering turnaround and performance-improvement mandates across farming, healthcare, FMCG, tourism and retail.
