Amit Ghumber

Amit has more than seven years' experience in the insolvency and restructuring industry. He has worked across all major forms of external administration, liquidations, voluntary administrations, receiverships and corporate restructuring, with a particular focus on investigative cash-flow and solvency analysis to support the recovery of voidable transactions and insolvent trading claims. His work spans the full course of an administration: examining company affairs, reporting to creditors, recovering assets through debtor collection and the sale of real property, and adjudicating on employee entitlements.

Before joining Apex Advisory, Amit was a Manager at Rapsey Griffiths Turnaround + Advisory, where he oversaw external administrations of all types and developed strategic plans to maximise recoveries for creditors. Prior to that, he spent five years at Jirsch Sutherland as a Senior Accountant, having started his career in insolvency with GM Insolvency.
